What happens if I miss this month's GTA request window?

Your request simply carries into the next monthly cycle — you don't lose your place, and you don't need to re-register.

What should I bring to the St. Thomas branch?

Nothing required — just come by during open hours. A bag or two to carry your items home is handy.

Can I use both?

Yes. GTA delivery and the St. Thomas walk-in branch are separate services — you're welcome to use whichever fits, or both.
